Ignacio was terrific! He lead us smoothly through the sales process even though we live out of state. He was so knowledgeable and always communicated ahead of each step, he made sure the house was ready for sale and got us a great price for our home. He also helped us through the escrow process, made sure the home was completely cleaned out and ready for turn over to the new owners.
